If you ever wonder how much God cares about you, just ask him. I read this verse the other morning and was thinking about kindness. God's kindness and what it looks like. I asked him to remind me of his kindness. Throughout the day there were many little reminders. Everything from extra energy to face everything I needed to do that day to not having to wait the expected 45 minutes to sit down at a restaurant. We only had to wait about 3 minutes. And when you have very tired kiddos after a busy day, you know that is something to be thankful about. :) To top it all off on the drive home I looked out the window and saw a very large neon sign that read: "Jesus cares about you". I laughed out loud. I know God has a sense of humor:) I didn't need to see a "sign" like that to know. But He is so good to remind me how much he cares. There are many different attributes of God. I am so thankful he is kind. So if you're feeling run down or worn out, or just plain forgetful, ask him to remind you.
Praise to the Lord, the Almighty
The King of creation
O my soul, praise Him
For He is thy health and salvation
All ye who hear, now to His temple draw near
Praise Him in glad adoration

Ponder anew what the Almighty can do
If with His love He befriend thee
Praise to the Lord, O let all that is in me adore Him
All that hath life and breath
Come now with praises before Him
Let the 'amen' sound from His people again
Gladly for aye we adore Him

Amen to this! And sometimes God knows we are so tired we may miss the sign that we have to look for, so he gives a really obvious, neon sign so we don't miss it! That was so sweet of Him to do that :) This was a good reminder this morning. Thanks for sharing Cathi!
